"Works as advertised"
I don't normally write reviews but have been very impressed by Acronis True Image. I had a single computer license for True Image 2020, and upgraded to a 3-computer license for True Image 2021 with no problems.
I have now created a USB recovery stick for each of my PCs. I have tested recovering two different machines and they both worked perfectly. It's very reassuring to know I can flash a clean install of Windows to my computers without having to go through hours of setup again in future.
The software does require a little technical understanding (e.g. knowing which drive to restore to) but otherwise is very straightforward. USB recovery sticks created with True Image are self-booting Windows PE drives so don't depend on anything else. Being able to encrypt the restore files is a very welcome feature too.

"You may pay for fixing Acronis' bugs"
I have learned a hard way what is behind Acronis "standard 30 days before the new version policy."
It means that once your 1 year "support program" expires, you have no chance to get Acronis bugged software fixed. I requested a fix for a known bug described in https://kb.acronis.com/content/58827.
The answer was:
"As per the records I see your support program for Acronis True Image 2017 by Acronis has expired. It is quite unfortunate for me to inform you that we will not be able to provide you support unless you purchase PPI (Pay Per Incident)"...
